All of our cakes are baked with the finest ingredients. I do not use any artificial flavourings in my cakes, all the flavours either come from the raw ingredients used or from natural flavourings.

 

Each layer of cake is drizzled with a flavoured homemade syrup to compliment the flavour of the sponge. Once I cover the layers in glossy chocolate ganache and the desired filling,  I then cover the cake with a layer of indulgent white chocolate ganache which helps to keep the cake stable and to achieve those sharp edges.

 

I believe that the flavour of your cake is just as important as how beautiful it looks which is why I am so passionate about the flavours I offer.

When you book your wedding cake the receipt of £40 will be deducted from your final balance.

Please note that no booking is secure until the 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid.
