Fill in the enquiry form and book your cake call. We’ll chat about your wedding, your venue, your ideas, your cake and everything you’re dreaming up for the big day.

LETS GET PLANNING
After our chat, I’ll put together your approximate quote based on your cake, delivery and setup. I’ll send everything over for you to look through.

SAVE THE DATE
Ready to make it official? Sign your contract and pay your £250 deposit. Once that’s done, your wedding date is officially yours.

LETS GET CREATIVE
Now the fun really starts. We’ll bring your ideas together, create your bespoke cake design and get six delicious flavours sent to you to taste at home.

ITS ALL IN THE DETAILS
Six weeks before your wedding, we’ll confirm your final design, cake details, delivery and setup. Your remaining balance is also due at this point, and I’ll liaise with your venue where needed.

Your cake will be delivered, set up and styled ready for your celebration. You get to enjoy the moment, while I make sure your Hartt Cake is looking its absolute best.

A LITTLE NOTE ON PRICING
These are starting prices for the cake sizes shown. Your bespoke quote will reflect the design you choose, including elements such as intricate detailing, sugar work, florals, tiers, finishes and setup.

All wedding cakes will need to be delivered to the venue. Please make sure you include the venue address so we can quote for delivery for each cake.
DELIVERY AND SETUP FEE. A fee will be added to the quote once the venue address has been shared.

Your wedding cake booking includes a Core Collection taster box, featuring six generous cake samples for you to enjoy from the comfort of home.
When you book, you'll choose one of our four annual taster delivery dates.

When selecting your Core Collection delivery date, you can add a Speciality Collection box for an additional £50.
WHEN WILL I GET MY TASTERS
Each box is dispatched on the first Thursday of your selected month via next-day delivery. Please allow 1–2 days for delivery.
