I'm a trained patisserie chef and have been creating cakes since I was 14, turning my passion into Hartt Cakes in 2017.
My work is influenced by colour, shapes and texture. I love a cake with presence: something elegant, unexpected and unmistakably made for the couple standing beside it.
When I’m not in my kitchen, you can find me down the allotment, playing Dungeons & Dragons or disappearing into an anime marathon.
