HELLO, IM BECKY
I’m the cake artist behind Hartt Cakes. I have a diploma in patisserie and have been creating cakes since I was 14, turning that obsession into Hartt Cakes in 2017.
My work is influenced by contemporary Australian cake design, where colour, clean shapes and texture are allowed to take centre stage. I love a cake with presence: something elegant, unexpected and unmistakably made for the couple standing beside it.
When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m usually at the allotment, playing Dungeons & Dragons or disappearing into an anime marathon.
