DELIVERY

The only items we can send via post are our cookies and taster boxes. These can be posted to any UK address (incl. NI). To ensure our cookies get to you in one piece each cookie is individually iced into the box with a little royal icing to prevent it from moving in transit and then each box is packaged with extra care.

Please note there is one shipping day a week.

Cookies are posted every THURSDAY.

Cookies ordered from Monday to Sunday will be posted the following Thursday.

POSTAGE 

TRACKED FIRST CLASS - once posted on the following monday your cookies will go tracked first class (next working day delivery). This is not guaranteed. You will receive your tracking number in an email once posted.

CAKE MAIL

Cake mail is posted every 1st of the month

Cake mail ordered after the 28th of the month will be posted the following month.

DAMAGES

Hartt Cakes takes all care in packaging your order and all orders are clearly labeled as fragile. Once your order leaves us, we can not take responsibility for items damaged in transit.  For items damaged in transit please visit contact your local postal service responsible for your delivery

INCORRECT OR LOST DELIVERIES

Please be very careful when entering your address, if your package is delivered to the wrong address or returned to Hartt Cakes because of incorrect spelling or information Hartt Cakes takes no responsibility for the recovery or replacement of your item.

If your package is returned to Hartt Cakes we will happily resend this at the customers cost.

If your item is incorrectly delivered to the wrong address through no fault of the customer Hartt Cakes will work with you and the local postal service to rectify the issue. Please be aware that Hartt Cakes will only replace your package if it is found to be a fault with our systems. Please understand that we do our utmost to ensure that your package is correctly addressed and labeled for safe delivery however we can not control the local postal service in your area and can not be held accountable for issues that may arise once the parcel is with the courier/local postal service.

If you have not received your package please contact your local postal service to discuss a resolution or gain information. Hartt Cakes can not pursue this on your behalf due to postal privacy laws and will not be held responsible for the replacement of packages marked delivered.
