Pink Champagne: Champagne cake with white chocolate ganache, dried raspberries and popping candy. (no alcohol)

 

Passionfruit Tart: Passionfruit cake with white chocolate ganache and housemade lemon curd.

 

Chocolate Caramel: Chocolate mud cake with caramel ganache and caramel pieces

 

Raspberry Slice: Raspberry cake with white chocolate ganache and housemade lemon curd.

Cappuccino: Coffee macaron with white chocolate ganache and a dusting of cocoa.

 

Strawberry Shortcake: Vanilla macaron with white chocolate ganache, strawberry center and a shortcake coating.
